Dear Friends : On Sunday April 16, 2006 we have planned a special EASTER SUNDAY MENU. The Restaurant will open it's doors at 2PM and will be serving dinner until 10PM. On Wednesday April 19, 2006 we are pleased to offer Dinner featuring Wine's of the World Easter Sunday Menu April 16, 2006-2.00 Glass of Champagne Rose ******** Tartare de saumon Fresh salmon tartar or Vol au vent de champignons sauvages Wild mushrooms in a pastry shell with Cognac sauce or Napoléon de betteraves et fromage de chèvre Beet and goat cheese Napoleon ********** Mixed Green Salad *********** Poitrine de canard au poivre vert Sauteed duck breast with green pepper corn sauce or bourride du pécheur Assorted fish and shell fish in a seafood saffron broth or Filet de flétan a l'orange Pan seared halibut filet with orange glaze ************************** Tarte tatin or Profiterole au chocolat
Wines of the World Wednesday April 19, 2006. Seating at 5 :00-5 :30 PM and 7:30-8 :00 PM $ 75.00 per person Expertly selected wines from Austria, New Zealand, Burgundy, Spain, Washington/Oregon and Germany has been paired by Pierre and our wine expert. The dinner includes (5) courses starting with two delicious and delicate appetizers, salad, and two entrees (fish and gamebird) followed by dessert. Each plate will be paired with a glass of wine which has been carefully selected to enhance the taste and texture of each dish. We are very excited about this dinner and know that you will enjoy the evening. The wine tasting menu will be on our website this Friday April 14. Pierre will be hunting (his suppliers) for venison and gamebirds this week and the final menu will depend on the best quality available. Ken Baker |
